During his career, Mr. Barton has served as CFO of UTStarcom, Atmel Corporation, Broadvision, Advanced Micro Devices, and Amdahl Corporation. Mr. Barton started his career with 21 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, most recently as CFO of the Personal Computer Division of DEC. Mr. Barton served for three years with the US Army Special Forces. Mr. Barton holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. with a focus in finance from Northeastern University, and has completed the Stanford University Board of Directors certification program.
